How is a "seat" counted?
A seat is one person who has at least one agent assigned to them in a billing period. People with no active agent aren't billed.
Are model usage costs included?
Plans cover the platform. Model usage runs against budgets you set, billed transparently — or you can bring your own provider keys on Business and Enterprise.
Can we start small and expand?
Yes. Many customers pilot with one team on the Team plan, then move to Business when they roll out company-wide. Your configuration comes with you.
