AI agent provisioning & governance

Give every employee a vetted AI agent. Keep IT in control.

AI-Provision Control Plane lets you provision, manage and govern AI agents for your whole organisation from one place — with the access rules, audit trails and spend limits your security team actually wants.

How it works

From zero to a governed AI workforce in four steps.

A repeatable rollout your IT and security teams sign off on once, then run for the whole company.

STEP 01

Connect your directory

Sync people, teams and roles from your identity provider with SSO and SCIM. No new user list to maintain.

STEP 02

Build agent templates

Define which models, tools and data each role can use. Approve once; reuse across every department.

STEP 03

Provision in bulk

Assign agents to a person, a team or the whole company in a click. Onboarding and offboarding are automatic.

STEP 04

Govern & report

Watch usage, cost and policy in real time. Every prompt and action is logged for audit and compliance.

Platform

Everything you need to run AI like core infrastructure.

One control plane for provisioning, security, cost and compliance — instead of a dozen disconnected tools and personal accounts.

Central provisioning

Spin up agents for one person or ten thousand. Templates keep every deployment consistent and on-policy.

Role-based access

Tie every agent to your identity provider. Permissions follow the person, not a shared login or rogue API key.

Cost & usage governance

Set budgets per team, model and project. See spend before it happens and stop overruns automatically.

Data boundaries

Decide what each agent can read and retain. Sensitive sources stay walled off and never train external models.

Full audit trail

Every prompt, tool call and response is captured with who, what and when — exportable for security review.

Model routing

Mix providers and models behind one interface. Route by task, cost or region without changing how people work.

Security & compliance

Control that satisfies your security team — not just your end users.

AI-Provision treats AI like any other system of record: governed, logged and revocable. Roll out broadly without losing the ability to say exactly who can do what.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before rolling out.

What exactly is an "AI agent" here?

An agent is a configured assistant with a defined model, set of tools and data access, scoped to a role. AI-Provision lets you template these once and assign them to people, so everyone gets a capable, on-policy assistant rather than a blank chat box.

Do you store or train on our data?

No. Your prompts, documents and outputs are never used to train external models. You control retention per agent, and sensitive sources can be walled off entirely. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Which identity providers do you support?

AI-Provision works with major SSO and SCIM providers including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Google Workspace, so access and offboarding stay in sync with your directory automatically.

Can we use our own model providers?

Yes. Route across multiple model providers behind a single interface, and pin specific teams or tasks to specific models or regions for cost and compliance reasons.

How long does a rollout take?

Most teams connect their directory and provision their first department within a day. A company-wide rollout is typically a matter of weeks, paced by your own change-management process rather than the platform.
