Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out rules for using the AI-Provision Control Plane (the "Service"). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service, and applies to every Authorized User.
Template notice. This is a starting template, not legal advice. Adapt the prohibited-use list to your risk profile, customer base and the requirements of your model providers.
1. Scope
By using the Service, you agree not to misuse it or help anyone else do so. The customer organisation is responsible for ensuring its Authorized Users comply with this AUP.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Service to:
- Break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- Generate or distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
- Create content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive or that facilitates serious harm;
- Process sensitive personal data in violation of applicable law or without a proper legal basis;
- Reverse engineer, resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted in your Order;
- Interfere with, overload or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Circumvent usage limits, access controls or security features.
3. Responsible AI use
AI Agents can produce inaccurate, biased or incomplete output. You are responsible for human review of output before relying on it, for keeping a human in the loop for consequential decisions, and for not presenting AI output as professional advice where that is misleading. Do not use the Service to make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate safeguards.
4. Security responsibilities
Keep credentials secure, configure access on a least-privilege basis, and use the Service's identity, policy and audit controls. Notify us promptly of any suspected vulnerability or incident at security@ai-provision.com.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service, our customers or third parties, or to comply with law. Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately for serious or ongoing risks.
